description

This flavourful Indonesian sauce is prepared with peanuts, coconut cream, and sherry. It is ideal for chicken, beef, or pork satays. It also adds flavour to stir-fry and pad thai. We suggest using it with our South-West-East Herbs to build layers of flavour for your stir-fries or spring rolls.
