A fabulous blend of aromatic spices for authentic Middle Eastern cooking! This premium blend combines traditional Moroccan spices which have been gathered from around the world. The blend includes Spanish Paprika, Indonesian Cinnamon, Turkish Cumin, Madras Turmeric, Jamaican All Spice, Mexican Annatto and Spanish Saffron.

Use this blend of spices to add flavour to tagines (savoury Moroccan stews), couscous and vegetable dishes. Create a rub by combining with our Roasted Garlic Olive Oil and rubbing directly onto meat or fish before grilling or roasting.
