The Most Versatile Dessert Sauce – Maple Cappuccino Sauce

This is truly one incredible sauce. Originally one of our three dessert sauces, it goes nicely as a glaze for fish, meat, and more! Just like our other two dessert sauces (Sun Dried Cherry and Chocolate Mocha Sauce), the delicious and mouth-watering recipe ideas and uses located on our website cease to end.

Being made with maple syrup, coffee, and cream, it has quite the thick caramel-like texture. Its thick texture makes it an ideal sauce for dipping fruit in, such as apples. Or heat it up for a few seconds in the microwave to create a quick drizzle that is great on top of ice creams, cakes, or pies. Or even better- by the spoonful!

We encourage experimentation and creativity with our products when creating a delicious dish. To help fuel and spark your creativity, we design different recipes for using our products. We enjoy providing some exquisite, delicious, but also easy ways to use our products. The Maple Cappuccino is a great example of such. We have many recipes ranging from a Maple Cappuccino Peach Pie, Maple Cappuccino Squash Agnolotti, to a simple Maple Nut Caramel Popcorn, or a delicious Cedar Planked Salmon. With the four provided recipes, it shows the amount you can do with the Maple Cappuccino outside of it being just a dessert sauce. But there are plenty more recipes where these came from! Not only is it a good complimentary glaze on salmon but it also pairs nicely with ham or a pork tenderloin or even put it as a glaze for carrots!

I substituted this maple cappuccino sauce for the maple syrup in the granola recipe at this website, http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/alton-brown/granola-recipe.html. The result was crunchy, munchy delicious!
