This Red Rocket Popcorn from Cinnamon Hill Farm is located in the middle of the picture. It is a crunchy, nutty tasting popcorn. The kernel radiates a brilliant deep red colour before being popped. As a result of popping, it becomes a brilliant white piece of popcorn. The longer the kernel is dried to find the ideal moisture level for popping, the kernel becomes a deeper red. Once popped, it holds more anthocyanin & cyanidin than yellow popcorn. These components have high antioxidant activity making it a healthier option!
