Use the wood smoking chips included in this package to infuse flavour into your grilled meats and vegetables, and then finish off your creation with one of our two fabulous barbecue sauces. Beer Barbecue Sauce has a rich smoky flavour, and Cajun Spice Sauce brings a bit of heat to the party.
We have lots of recipes available using both of these sauces, like Grilled Cajun Halibut or Beer BBQ Burgers with Cajunaisse and complete directions for using the wood chips are on the package.
